Because everything we make is printed just for you.
At Cocoon & Bloom Co., each item is made to order — printed, stitched, or packaged just for you when you place your order. That means we don’t hold stock and can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference once your order is in production.
That said, we always want you to love what you receive. Here’s how it works:
If You Received a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description of what went wrong
Once confirmed, we’ll gladly replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Size, fit, or style preference
• Color variations due to screen differences
• Buyer’s remorse or order mistakes (please double-check your size and address before checkout!)
Order Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly — usually within a few hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it, and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll help you investigate and, if confirmed by the carrier, arrange a replacement.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for international orders to arrive before reporting them missing.
